Carmageddon Reincarnation: Project Manager Intern

 

I joined the team as a project manager intern and grew under supervision of the technical project manager at Stainless Games.

During my time at Stainless, and particularly working on Carmageddon Reincarnation, I had the core responsibilities of managing the multi-talented teams, risk management and mitigation, prioritization of tasks on a daily basis, evolving my management techniques throughout the project, tracking the release in correlation to the tasks and scope available, while also learning about console, PC and mobile processes.

 

Below is a video of an update of which had been released on Steam. This update focused on performance upgradges, as well as enhanced visualizations of the game itself. It was this release that I was heavily involved in and has since garnered a wide range of positive reviews.

Carmageddon Reincarnation: Project Manager Intern

 

Not only the first video, but I contributed to an update which focused on incorporating two new and exciting vehicles for the public to enjoy. This update is an additional content to download, and enhances thus the game play experience. By ensuring this was released accordingly, this needed to follow strict deadlines of which I was to manage with the team. Not only was this update focusing on the vehicles themselves, but the stability of the game was critical and a key focal point in testing. By doing so, a successful update had been released.
